With the changes coming to buy to let, is there a best age to invest in B2L?

For many years, an enlarging property portfolio was good for wealth management. Prices of property held and improved; it was almost a sure-fire guarantee that over a specific period of time a return would be made on property investment (variables do apply).

Many successful investors commenced their property portfolios at differing ages and divergent reasoning, for example house left in a will, but is there a best age to start your buy to let portfolio? It’s additionally complicated with the tax changes in April 2017 that’s meaning some landlords are selling their properties and looking for alternative investment opportunities.
