For many years, an enlarging property portfolio was good for wealth management. Prices of property held and improved; it was almost a sure-fire guarantee that over a specific period of time a return would be made on property investment (variables do apply).
Many successful investors commenced their property portfolios at differing ages and divergent reasoning, for example house left in a will, but is there a best age to start your buy to let portfolio?
