• On meeting you, we will conduct a confidential fact find and discover what you are trying to achieve
• From the information you have given us we will look for the best deals and send you figures on at least 3 that meet your requirements
• Once you have decided on a deal we will go to the lender to get an agreement in principle and if this is succesful we will proceed to a full application
• It is our goal to then communicate with the lender, valuer and solicitors to ensure an offeris produced as smoothly and as quick as possible
• We will then continue to support you until completion
